On the rare occasion that they did answer a phone call, we were assured that our bookkeeping was done and our tax filing was just around the corner. Worse, after repeated requests and over a month past the late-filing deadline, we finally received a draft copy of our return. It had over $1,500,000 in transactions that were not made from any accounts that we own. Mildred has claimed that we’re ineligible for a refund because they haven’t had time to complete their services. Business taxes were due in March, it’s November.
For your mental health, please look elsewhere for accounting services. We’ve had to start over with a new accountant, and are looking at late fees and penalties. We’re filing official complaints about this firm in the hopes that no one else will have to endure the stress, inconvenience and wasted time that they caused us.
